Hi,

Can anyone recommend a footmoof that’s compatible with the uppababy cruz v2 ? I bought a generic one from John Lewis but it’s not compatible and the uppababy one is very expensive.

If you’re open to 2nd hand the Uppababy ones do come up on Vinted and Ebay but are still not cheap.

I've got the vista v2, I was horrified at the price for an uppababy muff especially after spending a small fortune on the pram. I had DP find a lovely muff online then I modified the strap holes in it (quick snip and stitch). I now have the most amazing, snuggy muff for the grand total of £25. We popped an insert in too until she had proper head control.

@Wifflywafflywoo did you find any official guidance about whether the insert or footmuff should go on first? My DD is outgrowing the bassinet and I now have both the insert and footmuff 2nd hand and was just wondering if I could use both together when I saw your post.

BTW I got the footmuff for £45 2nd hand (some were selling for much more) so still spent more than the pp.

@trrk I asked my HV and she advised muff then insert so that baby fit into the insert as they were meant to (if that makes sense?). We ended up only having it in a week before she didn't need it anymore but it did work well.
