2yo complaining of a sore belly

My 2yo complains a few times most days recently of having a sore belly. But it must not be that sore as she otherwise seems fine, has settled in easily and happily to a new nursery over the same period, otherwise seems herself, no other symptoms. The complaint is often accompanied by a request for Calpol, which she loves, so I do wonder if it could just be a ploy to get some of the good stuff. Also coincides with her having had threadworms (may still have some - second dose due in a few days), not sure if that could be causing any discomfort. WWYD and any thoughts on what it could be if anything? I feel like I should probably take her to the GP but imagine it will be a nightmare to get an appointment and as she otherwise seems well I've been hesitant.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Could she be hungry, or starting to recognise the feeling of needing a poo? Nearly-2 DD here has just started saying the same, but no worms or calpol addiction!

PS. You can tell we have 2yo because we are up at 6 on a Saturday scrolling on Mumsnet... In my case CBeebies is parenting right now!

Mine has recently been doing this. She may be constipated so might be worth getting her checked over. Once my daughter was saying her tummy hurt and I wasn't sure, so I gave her a syringe full of water saying it was special tummy medicine....as soon as she took it I asked if her tummy felt better and she skipped off saying she was much better!
