Eczema or fungal?

Does this look like eczema or a fungal infection? Pharmacist said fungal so prescribed cream but i’m not convinced

Difficult to tell but I'd go with what the Pharmacist says. You can always see the GP if the cream doesn't clear it up.

Can you identify skin problem??
Sever itching, spread or irritate when it is wet or mostly during summer when it is sweating. Initially looks like hive raised bumps, when it itch too much it looks like blister or flakes.. Skin getting darker when itch. Regrow after recovery..
Either its fungal, urticaria or eczema, back of thighs.. But its not like ring worm.
