Crying

Hi guys

i had my baby one week ago and I’ve noticed, she doesn’t cry a whole lot. I’m in no way complaining, trust me! But she seems to be a very calm baby whereas my sisters 3 week old cries and cries. Again, I’m not complaining but did anyone else have a baby like this that still went on to talk and babble etc on time? (Just curious)

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Babies are individuals too! I wouldn't worry.

Haha give her time. She won't realise she is out the womb yet. Once she does the crying will come.

All babies cry at some point but all babies are different.
My first born cried a lot, he had colic.
Second boy is super happy - he doesn't have colic..

All total individuals. My second and my last didn’t cry much.

Week 4 could be totally different for your baby but hopefully they remain calm.

My babies didn’t cry for the first few days then howled the house down for the next 2-3 years.

Congratulations on your lovely new baby, enjoy!

Wait until she's 5 and won't stop talking 😅 Enjoy the peace!

Neither of my 2 were criers, except in the car! My best friends 2 boys cried almost constantly for 6 months 🙈 all so different! Enjoy your wee one, congratulations!

@TheRookie thank you so much

Ahhh, maybe give it time? Some babies just don't cry a lot. However, my DD was silent up until 6 weeks and then cried for 3/4 hours on an evening for 2 months! I think someone advised me on here to look up purple crying
