11mo on milk/food strike and being sick

Hi,
Just after some advice/reassurance
11mo won’t have any milk, hits the bottle away but happy to have sips of water (not the biggest fan of milk but can usually get a few oz in her)
also this morning she was sick, and then completely off her food which is so not like her. She was gagging when eating and just playing with the food - she also vomited again this afternoon
Can teething cause loss of appetite and these symptoms? She’s sucking her top gums/rubbing them a lot
DH and I currently have covid, I had a sickness bug last week too so hoping she hasn’t caught those.
She has no temp atm, otherwise seems happy to play, still wetting nappies etc
Teeth/poorly?
When to worry about not eating and drinking?
Any advice please
TIA x

No need to panic yet, she’s just feeling a bit ill and off her food. Look for signs of dehydration or serious illness - no wet nappies, is she listless, hard to wake, pale, floppy etc
