Hi all!

My little girl is 2 weeks off her 1st Birthday and I'm struggling to fit in 3 meals a day as she doesn't wake up until 9-9:30.

She'll have a few oz of milk when she wakes up which she'll finish before 10.. I'm currently giving her breakfast before her nap at 12? She's full from the bottle so I have to wait before giving her breakfast. If I do this though it pushes her lunch to 3 and her dinner to 7 as she has 2 hour nap and it's just too late. She's too tired to eat that late.

Should I wake her up earlier? Only give small portions? No idea haha

She will not take formula throughout the day. Only on a morning so I can't scrap the morning feed as it's all she's getting.

Ditch the morning bottle.

If she still wants milk offer a small amount to her in an open cup WITH her breakfast so that way she's hungry enough for food but still gets to have milk.

If only drinks milk though then get rid altogether in the morning.

When my DD turned 1 I gave her the bottle before her nap instead of in the morning.
