Dribble rash?

Hi! These spots have come up on my baby's chin over the weekend and he's been dribbling a lot and also has reflux so regularly brings up milk. I try to keep his chin dry but it's constant! Does this look like dribble rash in your experience? And any advice on what might help? He's 4 months old (19 weeks).

I know internet strangers can't diagnose my baby but I live in the middle of nowhere and can't drive. I'm going to take baby to the pharmacist tomorrow when can get into town but just looking for people's experiences here first!

Hi OP,

Does he go to playgroups or been around any other children and could have been exposed to hand foot and mouth? (Not the same as the cow one!!)

Only mentioning it as I sent DD to nursery last week with what I thought was a bit of dribble rash but they phoned me within an hour of being there as they suspected hand foot and mouth. Keep an eye out for it getting worse around the mouth as well as little blisters on hands and feet. Hopefully it's not that (no treatment, just ride it out) but worth being aware

Did you find out what this was? My baby has spots at the moment that look exactly like this… should I be worried?
