My 10 year old has spent the last few months clearing out her boxes of Barbie's, Shopkins and LOL dolls so no toys for her😥She lasted longer than lots of her friends though. She will be getting a Chromebook as her main, everything Stranger Things, make up, art supplies, board games, pyjamas, sweets and chocolate and the likes.
My 5 year old is WWE crazy so will be getting figures, playsets, WWE stuff for his room, board games, art stuff, sweets and chocolates, pyjamas etc. His main present is an Xbox to stop him constantly hogging his sisters!

Lovely ages you've got there @LittlemissMama67 I bet the older two are really excited.

My 4-year-old will be getting Frozen Duplo as her main present, some Xmas PJs from her Nanna, a couple of books and a stocking. Last year was a bit overwhelming in terms of presents plus we're a bit skint this year so we'll keep it at that.

My 7 month old will be getting some DD's old toys wrapped up Grin

Aww what a shame! To be fair I thought the same about my son I wasn't sure he'd want any toys as he's really into his switch, we took him to smyths last week for a look around and to get some ideas and he was pointing out all the Jurassic world stuff, minecraft toys and all that, 2 switch games aswell but I expected that. Shows what I know though because I had ideas written down and he didn't like any of it. I thought he'd like among us for the switch. Nope!

my 2 year old is peppa pig mad, so that makes things easy. Her main present is the unicorn ride on that turns into a scooter, and the little tykes washer dryer because she's obsessed with our washing machine.

I thought I'd struggle with the newborn but once I got going I found so much! She will be 3 months at Christmas I found the most beautiful bear pram suit from next, so we've got her that, the tummy time llama and pineapple soft stacker, I've gotten her toys to keep her going untill she's about 1.

I drive myself crazy, we spend around £250 each for them. (It's not about the money, I know some people will spend less and some will spend way more. My partner draws the line at £250) he dosnt know what I spend on stockings, Christmas Eve pjs and Christmas Day outfits but shhh 😂🤪

But I also like to try and keep the number of gifts equal too but that's because I have issues and can't stop till it's even 😩

anything I see once they're finished I just keep a note on my phone for when family ask what to get them, because they always do. Or they get it from they're Christmas money

Too right, it dosnt really matter in the grand scheme of things does it, as long as their happy and have a fabulous day. I always worry about how we will afford Christmas but now I just do my own kids first, then nieces and nephews and if we have money left later down the line I'll get the adults but if they don't get they don't get! I usually start in September but I had my daughter mid September and was pre occupied and totally forgot about Christmas 😂 it got to October and I was like shit! Now I'm playing catch up

DD will be 2.5

So far weve got her a dolls house and furniture as her main present, some new books, some arts and crafts. She likes small world/role play so will be getting bits for that.

We were busting to get her a Wendy House but might wait until Spring so I am not dragged into the garden all through January....!

Oh god yet can you imagine crouching inside a cold damp Wendy house 😂

my dd is actually 2.5 too May 2020

she has autism so with that she's not into what she would typically be into, as I say she's into messing with the dials on my washing machine 🤪

we've got her some cause and effect toys that the sen lady suggested

We have already bought some stocking bits for our 3 year old dd.
We asked her what she wanted from Santa, she said slime, a sticker book and a new pair of wellies😂

Stocking:

Putty slime
Playdoh
x4 sticker books
Chunky felt tips and drawing pad
A jigsaw
Chocolate
Need to get some wellies - she’s asked for a specific colour with glitter on!

Presents around the Christmas tree from us:

A medium sized dolls house with furniture
A bike
A pirate ship and a pirate hat
More arts and craft bits
Some new pjs and slippers
trainers
playmobil figures
Kinetic building blocks
A kite

LittleLlamaMay · 24/10/2022 19:32

2 year old girl:

Role play sets (doctors, tools etc)
Leap frog learning books
Duplo
More play food
Baby doll pram
Family will be getting her new slippers, PJs and clothes, paints and toddler safe arty things....

To be honest my daughter gets overwhelmed with presents, she got so many from friends and family on her 2nd birthday and it took days to open them, poor lamb looked like she couldn't take it all in. So going to take her to winter walks and do lots of festive things.

Wifflywafflywoo · 26/10/2022 07:05

7 month old girl:

My first dolly (soft fabric one)
A toy game controller
Rattle ball
Activity cube

Then we'll just let her rip open our stuff too. She has so much stuff already that we've begged family and friends not to buy for her, or if they absolutely have to get something to use her amazon wishlist as it has things for when she's older too and will avoid duplicates
