9 month old waking up at night

Is this a regression? She used to sleep 10/11 hours at night all the way through! She's screaming her head off. Not sure whether milk is the answer. It's making me cry and hate being a mum at the moment. Can't take much more

@slipperclip could it be 3 to 2 nap transition? Mine went really awful for sleep at around this age (tbh hadn't ever really slept well but this age was the absolute pits) but once solidly coping on two naps the nighttime sleep sorted itself.

Yep between 8 and 10 months, sleep went to pots with mine as well. Hang in there, it will pass.

Yeah a horrid regression
.
Both mine improved just before a year and then finally slept through around 18 months (mine had never done 10 hours at this point so you may be luckier)

Hang in there

Yes I would try milk. If she's having a growth spurt she might be hungrier. Or you could try some additional calories during the day. She could also be experiencing separation anxiety now she's a bit older. You could try camping out in her room for a bit on an air bed.
