Teething or toothache

Hi everyone

First time mum. My daughter has just turned two and has been quite irritable the past few days. We both had a cold but she got better and never had a temperature. Over the past few days she has been crying in the night and has been dribbling a lot, chewing a finger and just being irrational. I have being giving her ibuprofen and it seems to make her feel better. When she is in pain she almost cups the font of her mouth and this morning she's been eating raspberries she's cried out in pain (after I've given ibuprofen) and now I'm worried she has toothache instead. Has anyone had experience with teething two year olds and can share some symptoms? Xxx

I would be taking her to a GP to rule out an ear infection.
