5 week old refusing breast

DS2 is 5 weeks old and has been having a lot of fussy moments this week at all different times in the day but especially the “witching hour” in an evening. When he’s like this he’s really agitated and he won’t breastfeed. He just cries or headbangs against the breast and wriggles away. He was doing this earlier on even though it had been 3 hours since his last feed and he seemed hungry but just latched and unlatched, making angry noises and crying. I gave him a bottle of formula (he has been having one every few days just to get him used to a bottle) and he drank that fine. If it’s relevant he has reflux. I’m scared that he isn’t taking enough milk but I don’t want to stop breastfeeding. Any experiences? Will this pass? Is it just because he’s going through an angry fussy phase?
