Can teething make a baby really fussing taking bottle

My 6.5 month old teething, no teeth yet, but it's become a struggle to get her to take bottle, takes it ok at night and if she wakes during night, but daytime a struggle

Would it be the bottles maybe, I use tommee tippee at night and dr brown during day, although sometimes still fussy during day if I use the tommee tippee so I'm not sure

Anyone experience similar

Yes, both bottle and breastfeeding. My DS started getting teething signs at 3 months (drooling, chewing, rash, really really cranky) and being reluctant to feed was a big thing. He would act hungry, but then refuse to latch and get progressively hungrier and more tired until he was practically hysterical.

The thing that helped most was Calpol. He was in pain and found feeding uncomfortable. Calpol reduced that so that he was able to eat and then rest. After 5 months, I've heard that ? anbesol gel is very effective too.

Another thing that helped a bit was giving him a bottle straight out of the fridge so that the teat and milk were cold and soothing on his gums.
