DD turns 3yo next month. She's pretty good at eating for a toddler but recently all she wants to eat is bread...pizza bread, toast with butter and honey, bagels, Pitas etc. If its lunch I try to give humous, peppers etc with it but I'm so worried all she wants to eat is bread! Is anyone else's kid the same? What else can I offer her? Or does anyone have any good lunch ideas? She won't touch tomatoes/cucumber/raw Carrots/avacado but will eat all colours of peppers, corn on the cob, fruit etc. Isn't too fussed about cheese even cream cheese, not fussed about meat or fish unless its fish fingers and peas. She used to love Omelette as a baby but now won't tolerate them. Sometimes she'll be tempted by a falafel. I just worry all the bread amounts to a lot of salt etc and would like to nudge her in a better direction with her diet. She'll eat all kind of veg at dinner if it's in a pasta sauce or mixed with rice, she will even eat mushroom stroganoff but lunch is becoming a bit of a stodge fest!
