Being a mum with an eating disorder

So not going to go into too much detail here, but I suffer from an eating disorder (mainly consists of limiting food to a really small amount of calories a day pretty much everyday, binging then guilt for binging so a few days of close to starvation)

Im in the process of getting help, but this is something I've struggled with for years. It takes all my energy making it really hard to look after energetic 2 year old ds.

Looking for anyone with personal experience or knows of someone who's been through this, is there any way to zap out of this?! I just want to have the energy my ds deserves me to have.

Don't have experience sorry , but could you take some supplements if you can't eat ? Some vitamins and iron to make sure you're getting them ?
