Oral thrush?

Hi everyone. Does this look like oral thrush on my 1 year old? No spots on her tongue just white/yellow gums especially around her front teeth and lots of ulcers. She’s been on antibiotics for 5 days for tonsillitis but noticed this in her mouth 2 days ago. Pharmacist thinks oral thrush but wanted to see if anyone else had experienced this. She’s not been happy at all over the last week.

Looks like hand foot and mouth to me. Blisters in and around her mouth are the giveaway. Which means that her tonsillitis is likely viral.

I’m not sure about the white/yellow gums though. Possibly it’s oral thrush from the antibiotics as well as HFM?

Thank you. She had HFM a couple of weeks ago. But maybe it’s come back. It’s been a tough couple of weeks!
