So it's rare. But today I've lost it with my 2.5 year old ds and now he's napping and I feel like the worlds worst mum.

Please tell me I'm not alone 😫

So so normal. I was you yesterday. And last week. And the week before that. Etc.

FistFullOfRegrets · 17/10/2022 15:11

What did the little monkey do?

WarriorN · 17/10/2022 15:12

You're reflective - that's good. Try to tell yourself what you can do next time to avoid it and then have a nice cuppa and biscuit.

And start all over again!

God no. We’ve all been there. Have a cuppa and calm yourself down. You’re fine

This is normal and this exact post appears on here month after month! It still doesn't feel nice though. Take care of yourself

Thank you everybody for the reassurance! We've made up now 😂 although I'm still feeling guilty!!

Ummmm, 2.5 years in and you don't shout? Wow... its normal and while its not ideal, its not the end of the world... cuddles and a cuppa for you.
