Fussy eater or allergies??

Hi, so for background, dd is 8. Been a fussy eater since a toddler, I have an anxiety based eating disorder which does make me wonder if she does sometimes, but I'm 90% sure she's just being a fuss pot.
Anyway, more recently she's cut some more foods out of her diet.
She says apples are yummy but make her feel sick?
Also now she's "meh" towards chocolate (her words) and that breakfast bars (one of only 2 things we can get her to have for breakfast) (more specifically kellogs squares chocolate breakfast bars) also make her feel sick.
This last week or so she's woke saying she feels nauseous and during night felt she could be sick, but during the day it eases.

Food wise all she really eats is:
Meats (pretty much any meat we've tried) pilau rice, fries (not chips or mash etc) tuna mayo butty, tuna mayo pasta, chicken nuggets, pasta bolognaise, green grapes, scotch pancakes, pizza, cucumber, yoghurt crisps, sweets and cookies

Now she's recently cut cheese and ham sandwiches out of her diet too leaving packed lunches limited too!

My main concern at the mo is obviously the limited diet, but the feeling sick after some foods. Apples started a few months back but breakfast bars this last week.

Advice please!!
(I am considering ringing doctors on Monday)

Try solid starts.

They have a website with a tonne of free resources but they also have a course on reversing picky eating. I'm not sure how much it is, but it might be useful.
