Noticed today that dead skin was rolling off dd's buttocks with the wipe - wasn't sore or raw and she didn't seem bothered, but her skin felt kind of rough and scaly.
Normally I use organic lentilly barrier cream, or Sudacrem if she's sore, but what's the best stuff for rough flaky bums?
