Does this look like it could be hand foot and mouth? He also has a couple of spots on his bum. He had a fever on Sunday but has been fine in himself since, no signs of anything in his mouth and he hasn’t been off his food. I noticed the spots on his feet yesterday but they’re barely noticeable. Are they likely to suddenly get bad? How did it progress for you? It’s 3 days now since he had a fever. It’s his first birthday tomorrow and we’re having a little party on Saturday (there won’t be any children there) so I’m really hoping this doesn’t spoil it!
