She is 4 months and I understood why she hates lying flat as she wants to see everything.

Put her in stroller with slight incline. Nope.

Sling that she usually loves - now screams in it.

what the hell am I supposed to do

You stick with it, introduce some toys and visual stimulus to distract her

Just been through this. Started as she turned 4 months, and exactly the same - just wanted to see everything. I had one disastrous trip to the park where I ended up carrying her and trying to push the pram as any time I put her back in lying down she screamed bloody murder.

I know you’re not really meant to, but we moved on to the stroller attachment at about 4.5 months, just for awake time. I had it pretty inclined - I know you said you tried that, but maybe give it another go? My daughter loved going out to look at trees or going round Tesco. Just stuff to look at, as well as being able to interact with me. Also, as DD has good head and trunk control we did short trips in the sling forward facing which she loved.

IMHO 4 months is just a hard age. Sleep regression, huge amount of development - they’re crabby, understandably! Once we hit 21 weeks she was a little joy again.

@eastofeden86 some pushchairs/strollers say they can be used from 3 months.

I put my DD in a pushchair from 4.5 months and suddenly because she could see everything she was quiet and content.

Just put my little one in the stroller attachment - leaned back of course.
He is 4 months exactly.

Best thing I ever did... only do it if he will be in it less than about an hour at the mo.
He loves to see. A 10 minute trip to tesco had became a nightmare but now it's literally my 10 minutes of peace in a day. Heck - I even extend it and go to lidl!

My little girls 8 weeks and hates the pram and car seat! To be honest only puts up with the carrier when I run around like a mad woman with white noise to get her to sleep! Looking at these responses I'm praying that there's hope for us as well!
