Kid friendly/safe hair gel

Hi.

I’m looking for some recommendations on some hair gel that is kid safe. My daughter has been having a issue with twirling her hair and pulling some of it out 😢We have started to help her and use some redirecting but I’m looking for something help hold her flyaways against her hair when I braid it to help not get access to it as easily.

Has anyone got any good recommendations for hair gel / wax that’s good holding all day? My daughters hair is fine but is thickening up.

I’m not sure why you’d need kid specific gel, or if it’s even a thing, it’s not like shampoo that could get in their eyes… But I use Aussie Instant Freeze Gel for 5YO DD’s ballet bun and it does the job!

It’s just in case she touches or touches her hair and then puts her hands in her mouth. So was after something that doesn’t have any chemicals or nasty stuff in it.
