How do you get baby poo stains out?

The clothes have been washed and the stains haven't come out. So its passed the whole "act fast" stage.

Is there anything to do?

I know its not a major deal as they grow out of them so fast but its just not nice to look at.

Any hinch hacks?

Sunlight! Hanging outside will happen, even at this time of year.

Yep sunlight. Magic. Leave it on the line for a week.

Astonish stain remover from home bargains, or Ace clothes bleach for whites.

Napisan and sunlight!

Even sunlight through glass indoors will bleach clothes.

Napisan

Definitely sunlight, even in winter. I used to hang things on the bannister, as it's the sunniest part of our house.

Sunlight - we use cloth nappies and they stay white this way.

Namechanger965 · 08/10/2022 21:10

I usually rinse and the rub with bar soap (I keep one just for this and it lasts forever) and hot water. About 90% of the stain usually comes out that way and then hang out in sunlight. The stain completely goes then.

Bakedpotatos · 09/10/2022 18:24

When I used cloth nappies many years ago I'd apply lemon to the stain and let it sit in the sun. Took it out completely

Sunlight. Turn that pooey stain to the sun and let it work it’s magic.
