1 year old sick same time everynight

My 1 year old son vomits every night around same time he be’s fine all day playing eating and drinking around same time every night he cry’s like he’s in bad pain then vomits he’s been burping a lot true the day extra gassy 6 nights to night tight 1st was Lactose intolerance went to Sainsbury got cow&gate comfort for Lactose intolerance but he just vomited again really confused dunno if someone as been true this or might no what’s happening or something I can buy to stop this

At what time does he have his last bottle of milk? Could you bring it forward? Maybe it's not dairy as such but just having a full stomach.

It could be a reflux issue. I know it's perhaps different as I'm an adult. But I've had reflux issues recently, and it happens the same time every night no matter when I eat my dinner.

You could also trr propping him up a bit (eg blanket or flat pillow under top end of.matress)

He has last bottle at around 7/730 but he gets sick around 9:40/9:15

How are his bowel movements? Could he be constipated?

He’s bowl movements is fine not constipated

I went to see my doctor with my son thy said it either lactose intolerance or acid reflux so the doctor gave me lactose free baby milk and Gaviscon infant to try separately to know which one it is
