Birth to 5 matters

Hi,
My toddler who turned 18months today has been going to a daycare since 1 month now. They uploaded a document of birth to 5 matters where they have allocated most categories as range 1 which a quick google search said 6-12 months. After learning that I tried to go into more detail as to what it really means but couldnt find any comprehensive explanations for parents..I was thinking of speaking to her keyworker for some more info but I would be grateful if more experienced parents can explain this better. How worried should I be?

Sorry I am in a bit of a shock as I thought my bub was doing ok or maybe even ahead of her age.

I would like to add that I live in UK. Not sure if diff countries use diff documents etc.

Speak to nursery and ask if she is behind. Has she had 12 month check with HV?

Deffo speak to them.

What are the subjects?
Speech
Motor skills etc?

They've only known her for a month, so are just starting to see where she is developmentally.
While she's settling in she may not be fully exploring the room yet, and showing them everything she can do.
They will just be noticing what areas she is really secure in at the moment.

I'd give her some time to settle and for her key person to get to know her - maybe at Christmas if you are still concerned, ask for a conversation about her development.

I had this, turns out the stages had changed and the staff had filled the form in incorrectly.

Hi @Misha1992 Just wondered if you got to the bottom of this and how your bub is now?
I am also confused by Birth to Five Matters!
Mine has a mixture of range ones, range twos and range threes at 15months.
No idea if I need to worry about the range ones!
Seems to be doing OK but also a worried first time mum.
