18mo and newborn sleep!

I have a 19mo and a newborn (2 weeks) and I'm worried about how I'm going to get my toddler to sleep for naps when I no longer have help!

My toddler is either rocked in a rocking chair or I lay with her in bed until she falls asleep. My newborn will ONLY contact nap and I plan on using a sling once my c section scar has healed.

Sleep training is not an option.

The only thing I can think of is taking them for a walk so my toddler can fall asleep in the pram, but ideally I'd like to be able to put her to sleep without having to leave the house.
