Routine for 5 month old

Please can you help me come up with a routine for a 5 month old.

It seems like it would be easy but I think the issue I am having is that my partner and I both care for our LO equally taking turns (both at home) and so whereas previously I would follow sleep/ nap cues and had our routine that way; now we both share being predominant carer on alternate days (while the other is popping back and forth from self employed work from home).

This is causing friction because there’s no routine from day to day; and it usually results in me getting lumped with a crying overtired poor soul at some point during the day and evening.

Night waking has also increased terribly to around once every couple of hours.

HELP PLEASE!!!

6:30am wake/feed
8:30 nap
10:30 feed
Next nap is 2-2.5hrs from last waking so around 12pm
14:30 feed
16:00 short nap (30 mins)
18:00 bath - feed - bed by 19:00

Feeds are all between 180-240ml

Works for us :)
