Leaving 6 month old for the first time

Just that really. Just left my 6 month old with my sister for the first time to go to a wedding and he cried so hard :( my heart is shattered to a thousand pieces. He will be in childcare when he is 1 and I don't know how I will handle. Just looking for reassurance he will be fine :(

First time is always the hardest.

He'll be having a great time.

It's good to get some time to yourself and also for him. I would keep doing it even for an hour or two leading up to him starting nursery so used to time away from you.
