Making sterile bottles of water for formula

Hey,
has anyone made sterile bottles of water so they can add there formula to it.
so what I mean is boiling the kettle leaving it cool slightly and adding it to a sterilised bottle and then you can add the formula as you like ? As the water in the bottle will stay sterile for 24 hours.

I know most formulas you have to add it to hot water to kill any bacteria but we are using SMA anti reflux which needs to be added to lukewarm water which won’t kill any bacteria anyway so it should be possible to just add to room temp sterile water ?

anyone any experience with this.
thanks xx

I used to (12 years ago) made up enough for the next day at night, the formula with the boiled water, stored in fridge, warmed up in short burst in microwave.
