Possible CMPA rash/mucusy poo? (Pics)

Hi all!

has anybody with experience with CMPA got any experience they can use to assess these pics? I went to the GP who prescribed nutramigen but I thought realistically it’s unlikely she’ll have a milk allergy.. but she’s now 6 weeks old and her symptoms are looking more likely, I’m going to put her on the nutramigen (tried it for like 24 hours and didn’t see a difference so went back on Kendamil, stupid I know) for 2 weeks but would you say this looks like a CMPA rash or is it just baby acne? It does tend to flare up after a feed! Also attached a pic of her poo, not sure if this is ‘mucusy?’

frst time mum so kinda clueless!! Do you think it’s worth going back onto the nutramigen and trialling it for 2 weeks?

Personally yes looks similar to my sons cmpa rash. You need to give the nutramigen at least 6 weeks to work.

@Exworrier This is post feed, I think it looks angrier! Have started her on the nutramigen again, also think she needs carobel back in her bottles as she squirms and gets very upset post feed :( thanks for your response, I’m going to try it for a couple of weeks.

Hey, I know this thread is a little old but may I ask if you found out the cause of the nappies? My DS has the same issue right now, he’s currently on nutramigen as his skin was similar (but much angrier) and his nappies look identical
