Whether to invite childminder to baby's 1st birthday party?

Baby has only recently started attending there, but we have known the childminder for several years. She is a lovely lady who really gets to know and forms close and nurturing relationships with her mindees.
Feel like she already is and will continue to become one of the most important people in baby's life, so that maybe we should invite her? Wouldn't 'expect' her to come, just thought it might be nice to give her the option?

And as regards the other mindees- I've met their parents briefly before and they seem nice, but don't know them well. But these are the only real children (other than sibling) who baby is seeing regularly and getting to know, more so than the other 'baby friends' we have invited to be honest. So thinking maybe they should get an invite too? Also if CM did come then they could all chat.

Thoughts please....

I'm a childminder and I've been invited to a few birthday parties. Whilst I'm delighted (honestly!) to be invited, I do decline as I'd prefer not to go to a children's party in my own time. I have older children and my time is spent with them and my other commitments/ family/ friends. Its nothing personal. Invite her but don't be offended if she says no.

I don't have a suggestion on the childminder thing, but I would say the party is for the adults and older ones really, as the 1 year olds won't have a clue what's going on! So don't worry too much about getting the other kids the birthday child knows along!
Ours was in lockdown so no chance to get anyone anyway, but honestly it was nice an easy having such a small celebration.
Good luck.
