My baby has had these spots on one of her cheeks for a few months now, is nearly 9 months old! Doc put it under eczema but is not dry/itchy or anything?

My baby has something similar. Has anything helped so far?

Try a cream with high Urea content , Eucerin is really good. Looks like KP.

My little one has the same. Doctor said the same and gave me steroid cream. It did nothing.

I use an oat based cream on the body and one called "skin salvation" (which is f*ing expensive but works for him) balm on the stubborn bits. Its been a week and it's basically cleared it up...

No sadly not, went to GP who have done a swap test so have to wait till Friday for results as nothing is working - they suggest it most likely is infantile eczema which they would then prescribe a mild steroid cream and antibiotics as they think it might also be slightly infected..

@Komal123 hope they are able to tell you what it is and how to treat! Would appreciate to hear your experience once you've had the results.
