4 Year Old tosses and is restless at night

My child has always been a restless sleeper. He had his adenoids removed a few months ago due to sleep apnea and his sleep improved significantly and he started to sleep really well.

However in the last few weeks, he has started to become restless again.
He doesn't have sleep apnea again but I am not sure what is causing his restlessness and is there anything I can do to improve it.

He comes into our bed at midnight and we co-sleep.
He has about 6oz full fat milk before bed in a cup. He asks for this.
He wears night time pants because of the above, it is full of wee probably because of the above.

I am not sure if any of the above is causing his restlessness.
We could move his milk an hour before bed-time, that might help?
I am not sure what else we can do. My husband thinks it might be growing pains as he has shot up.

Any suggestions?

He also grinds his teeth at night.

Weighted blanket

Could be loads of things, but I'd ditch the milk and consider threadworms.

Never thought about threadworms…not really sure what the symptoms are? He does itch his bottom now and again but not excessively…
