I’m truly exhausted, getting up every night twice or 3 times to feed my baby who is nearly 2. Will be our last baby so prob for me more than anything. I work fulll time too and def not firing in all cylinders in any dept. Hubby not happy on separate bedroom but have no energy left for him. Feel bad as have minimal energy to do things gladly with my other 2 children. Getting out of shape as too exhausted to do any exercise in a quiet moment except sleep! Used to be in such good shape and doing well at work. Can’t think straight to pull myself out of this, but how to get baby off the boob at this stage?

Could you send your DH in instead - he doesn’t have milk. He could offer a small amount of water.

Its likely to be habit - not nutrition- so you need to find a way to break the habit
