Sickness bug

Hiya! My daughter is 6 and the past year she's had 6 vomiting/diarrhoea episodes, she never use to get sickness bugs and diarrhoea this much in the past 5 years (I'd say 1-2 a year) her younger sister only seems to get a sickness bug once or twice a year. I personally do not think she's having a sickness bug every single time however the docs just seem to say it doesn't sound it would be anything else as it's typical sickness bug symptoms and last the same amount of time and maybe she's more prone to them! Does anyone have any advice or in a similar situation? I'm just getting a little bit frustrated with her always being sick as school have the rule of 48hour after last episode of vomiting or diarrhoea so her attendance as you all probably know ends up dropping quite low, I have wrote all the dates down and it seems to be every 3-4 months it happens.

1stly due to lock downs it's probably her immune system not being as good as it was. 2ndly at that age are you sure when at school etc she is washing hands properly and even if she is I bet not all the dc in her class do. I found once they get a bit older and not so touching everything and everything they stop catching everything every 2 mins.

I have no idea about hand washing at school but she's pretty good at home with it, I just can't understand how her sister doesn't get this ill or catch anything from her. She's also at school.
