Teeth

Hello,
my 19 month out smashed his mouth off the wooden head board whilst stood up at on the bed (which I always tell him not to do) lots of bleeding and his front tooth totally gone. I couldn't find the tooth anywhere and wasn't sure if he had time to swallow it. I took him to a&e and a nurse scanned it for a few seconds and said the tooth wasn't in the gum. The teeth next to it appear to have moved up into the gum and I'm worried this one has gone completely up. My son has a very bruised purple gum which looks quite cut up. A graze on his chin and a thick upper lip. Can anyone offer any advice I'm absolutely distraught this happened yesterday. I cannot stop reliving it imagining it so differently the what ifs are awful! 😭grieving the loss of his perfect smile that he has only just got! Any similar stories would be much appreciated not sure how long teeth take to come back down. Awaiting a trip to the dentist but just want things to settle first
