Airport and formula advice please!

Hi

My baby is 7 months old. Formula fed with SMA 'Comfort' variation (so there is no premade option unfortunately).

How do I navigate the airport security etc. and 3 hour flight with formula powder and water? Anyone any experience of this?

All advice on here seems to point to taking pre made bottles which would be a hell of a lot easier!

Thanks 😊

You can take as much powder as you need, plus a bottle of boiling water and one of cooled boiled water and your empty bottles, just like you would for a day out. You can top up your boiling water airside at any cafe.

Thank you! Much easier than I thought then.

Are you allowed to take your boiling water through in a thermos flask? Obviously it won't be see-through

The water will be after security so no one will care!

I don't think you can take a thermos of water through security can you?

Yes you can take a thermos of boiling water through security. You can take anything you like if it's related to baby feeding they just scan it separately
