Frequent “Growing Pains” in toddler

My 2 year 8 month old daughter has been having knee and shin pains for almost 5 months. Pains are the front part of knee and shin bone/ankle. Occasionally her feet. I’ve taken her to her pediatrician a couple of times for it where they ordered x-rays and bloodwork. Both were normal. I’ve been told it’s just growing pains. But ever since May they have been happening 2-3 times a week every single week. She did have a couple weeks in June with no pains and just recently several days with no pains. The pains are almost always in the evening/bed time. The intensity varies from screaming for 30 min straight to some nights where she is just saying ouch and grabbing her knees for a few min then she is fine. There has been a couple of times earlier in the day where she grabs her knee and says ouch but that lasts about a minute and she’s fine? I honestly think they happen too often to be growing pains. I’ve noticed her knees bend the wrong way a bit when she is standing and locks her knees so she has some hypermobility in her knees. She doesn’t fall a lot or seem wobbly though like I tend to read about most hyper mobile kids. She is active and seems steady. If your child has growing pains or is hypermobile, how often are their pains?
To add, a month ago she started saying her back hurt and tummy hurt. It lasted about 2 weeks. But it wasn’t ever severe. She would randomly say “ouch my back” and grab at her back and a minute later she was fine. This happened every day to every other day for 2 weeks or so. And about 1-2 times a day. Each time lasting just a minute but she would want to go lay down. Then she was fine. I took her back to her Dr who was concerned saying maybe a tumor in her abdomen. Which was very scary. She had a ct scan which showed one of her vertebrae on her spine is shaped like a butterfly which is something she was born with which may cause pain but otherwise isn’t concerning. She also has a tiny lesion on her spleen, likely a cyst. Still waiting to see what they want to do as far as keeping an eye on the cyst. But the Dr refused to also have her legs included in the ct scan. Said it was overkill I don’t think the leg pains and back pains she had are related, but who knows. Sorry so long, more just curious as to those who have little ones with frequent knee and/or shin pain have found out? How often are your child’s?
