Teenager with back pain

Hi,
I posted a while back about my DS who is 13 and has had ongoing lower back that has been persistent for around 5 months, he has discolouration on the area that hurts (not bruising), he also complains of ankle and wrist pain along side small areas of non blanching rash that gp isn’t concerned about, blood have all come back within the normal ranges. He has now had an X-ray on his Lower spine that has came back ok,

His back is still hurting and he now has swollen lymph nodes in his neck.
I feel like I am an obsessing mother, when I keep taking him back to the Gp and the tests are all ok so far. I don’t want to keep subjecting him to tests if I’m overreacting.

so my question is would you be concerned in my position?
lower back pain
small areas of non blanching rashes and now swollen lymph nodes in the neck?
