Dentinox and Carobel together?

Hi, my 4 week old baby is on Kendamil but suffers terribly with wind. She was also prescribed Carobel for potential silent reflux, we stopped it for a day to see if it was helping and Jesus she screamed after every bottle! And also had some spit up, she’s like a different baby with the carobel. However recently she’s suffered badly with trapped wind, she struggles to get it up and then squirms and goes red in the face when it travels down. I don’t like infacol because she’s currently just clearing oral thrush and I don’t want to reinfect her if the dropper touches her mouth, so want to try dentinox in the bottle.

does anybody know if I can use the two together or have any experience doing so?

Started carobel yesterday, and I had my girl on dentinox already so I just kept giving it to her.. seem to have no problem. How have you got on? Any problems with it yourself?
