Are bright rise a reputable company? Have seen lots of lovely toys from them on Facebook, but not sure if they're a scam...

Website looks legit - however they are US based so likely expensive shipping, customs etc. A lot of the sorts of toys on there, it looks like you could get similar much closer to home.

i ordered something and it shipped from china not the USA which they claim. Then I found the item on Alibaba for a fraction of the price.

Do not order from here, i recently ordered a toy advertised as being for 10 months, they sent a generic toy with no protective packaging with white tape placed all over the warnings stating this toy is only is only for children over 3 years old. This toy came from China, they said either they could give me a 50% refund or I can ship it back for a full refund and be responsible for the shipping costs. Definitely a scam company and not giving this toy to my friends as I don’t want their baby getting hurt.
