HFM?

My 14 month old has come up in this rash round his mouth (also spots on bum and in armpit) today, I was thinking maybe HFM as doesn’t seem like chickenpox? Been there since he woke up as I initially thought he irritated the skin. Any ideas?

Not sure. Mine had HFM and horrenous. Lots of feet, in the mouth ( not around) and loads of her bum too. The ulcers in the mouth were the worst as she wouldn't eat or drink. They come up like blisters and a lot more red than the picture. If you are worried I would call 111 for rashes as they do take it quite seriously.
