My son (10 next month) has only his bottom 4 teeth in so far. His top 2 front teeth are very wobbly and expecting them to fall out pretty soon. All of his friends have their adult teeth in (all of the front ones at least). Will his teeth coming in so late have a negative effect on anything? Is it a sign of anything that we’ve done “wrong” that has caused this? Dentist doesn’t seem bothered when we saw her a few months ago and said we will just see how it goes.
