How to get 11 week old to sleep in day/in pram

Was just wondering if anyone can offer any tips/advice on how to get my baby to sleep during the day. I can usually get him back to sleep in the morning but anything from 11 onwards is impossible. He Currently only feeds to sleep but will wake as soon as I move even just an inch. Refuses dummy, doesn’t like being swaddled and lullabies make no difference

He also absolutely will not sleep in pram (or now the car too!!) despite using snooze shade, white
noise, muslin that’s been down my top. He can be awake for 6 hours without a wink of sleep sometimes.

Starting to feel quite trapped as he gets quite vocal when overtired so have barely been anywhere since he’s been born. I also have a 2.5 year old who requires a lot of attention (she currently gets barely any from me as baby is either being fed or held as cries if put down).

Hi, it's so hard. My baby has never liked Moses basket or anything static and flat for day time naps. We have a basic bouncy chair which a friend gave me from their baby and he absolutely loves this, he definitely prefers being upright during the day and I think it gives that feeling of being
'held' to an extent. He will often nap in it. I hope you manage to get something which helps - no sleep days are hard going! All the best.

Baby in sling. I used to feed Ds in sling whilst on a walk, then just leave him in there and carry on. Hands free with toddler as well

We used to use the carrier for a lot of my (now) 5mo naps when he was that age. That and he would often fall asleep whilst feeding, which still counts as napping.

I don't think he had as much sleep as he needed, which lead to a lot of grumpiness, especially in the evening, but this has improved since his sleep needs have got lower.

Try putting the pram up in the house. Get LO to the point of falling asleep and pop them into the pram. Sit next to it and push it back and forth a bit. Let them wake up in it. If you can get them to associate it with a sleep space it might help.

My DD loves pram naps. I've just put her a lovely fluffy insert in and she's in seventh heaven when she gets in 😄. Pull the shade right down, lay her back and she's off.
