FTM. Baby is currently 3 months and not being seen by the HV until 1! They have a text line but barely respond unless it's urgent...

Is there a good app to track babies milestones? I dont get hung up on it if he's a little behind.. but I would like to know what he roughly should be doing/ acitivities I can do to help

I use Baby Plus to keep track of naps, feeds and nappies for my 4 month old. It has basic milestone lists and information articles for various stages. Another I dip in and out if is Kinedu, which has play suggestions and based on age and milestone lists to check. Be advised though, Kinedu has a lot locked behind a paywall, but I manage with the free stuff.

Thanks so much for replying! I'll take a look. Scary as a FTM to be told HV will only visit again when he is 1 so trying to make sure I do everything I can for his development

be guided by your natural maternal instinct. Health Visitors aren't all they're lauded about.

I was flicking through my baby pics yesterday. One of me learning how to breastfeed at 6 days old - tears dripping down my cheeks and a look of pure fear! Scroll down to 4 months and you can feel the relaxed mum feeding. No books or apps as I didn't want any of that making me anxious and it's worked well.
