FTM... spots on baby

My baby is nearly 2 months old, the last few days these spots have come up on him. I think if he's rubbing his face on me it flares up. I think its baby acne, anyone else's baby have this?

It looks like baby acne to me but get checked by HV or GP if you're worried

My son had this. I made sure to tops and tail every morning and evening, it went away on its own around 6-7 weeks.

My 12 week old had this between 6 and 8 weeks. Looks very similar to that. Baby acne. Looks like nothing to worry about

I left my little ones alone. He is now 12 weeks and perfect skin :)

Seems like it is baby acne, doesn't irritate him or anything but I'm hoping it goes soon. Thanks girls x
