Stomach bug or something else?

My toddler threw up once yesterday morning and then was absolutely fine all day. No temperature or complaints of pain etc. The same thing happened this morning and again other then going back to sleep no temperature or anything. Usually with a sick bug he can't hold anything down but he seems to eat pretty well and drink well so does this sound like a sick bug to you? He has recently had an infection in his genitals and at the time he didn't have a UTI but could this maybe be a UTI? I have heard they can cause sickness. I will obviously check with a gp but any experience of the same would be of interest

Hi, mine had something similar. Sick a few times on the Friday, no sick Saturday ( so I didn't think it was a bug) and then sick again the Sunday once. Have they gone off their food? My DD is a really good eater but would only eat crackers and plain toast for a few days but she carried on drinking really well. I know it was a bug as I then caught it. It wasnt a really sicky bug but I didn't fancy any food for about 48 hours and left with stomach cramps etc. A bit nasty. But yeah, if carries on you could ring 111 or book to see the GP incase it is a UTI. I think with UTI they may cry when weeing etc, thinking to when I've had one, you dread going to the toilet! But you never know with children!
