Double buggy talk

Due DD2 in October. DD1 is 21 months old. She's a mad hatter, runs everywhere, so excitable and distracted.
I'm gonna go ahead and assume I should get a double buggy?!?!? I currently have the mamas and papas ocarro (both the bassinet and seat) and was thinking I could use the bassinet at weekends when my husband's around to walk with/rugby tackle DD1, and then during the week when I'm on my own I could put baby in a sling and put toddler in the seat. Then maybe get a buggy board when she's 2.5 years? Anyone got any experience? Would I be mad to not buy a double? Obvs I'd be looking second hand as they're so blimming expensive.

Been looking at FB marketplace for slim doubles as my front door is 74cm (think it's a standard size but I know the bugaboo donkey would probs be a squeeze). Atm mountain buggy duet and baby jogger city tour 2 look the slimmest?

Any tips appreciated xxx
