DD8 has started asking questions about her body and things she has seen lying around the bathroom - tampons, towels etc.
I want to be factual, tell the truth etc but not scare her. I have no idea where to start with age appropriate information.
Any recommendations for books/resources that explain puberty and periods to a smart, mature 8 yo please?
