Later bedtime for 6 month old

Anyone have success with a 8-9pm bedtime for 6 month old?

my DD is overtired and has been since the 4 month regression. I’ve tried every trick in the book to sleep train but she will relentlessly only be BF to sleep and placed in her crib. I’ve tried all the nap timings in the world and tried to extend short naps. I’ve tried early bedtime and always tried to go by wake windows.

no matter what though she will wake every 45 mins until 8pm where she will then have 2hrs max, and every single night she’s awake at 3am for 2-3hrs. Every single night no matter the bedtime or nap times.

i know it overtiredness but I’m wondering if anyone had success letting the last nap go a bit later and a later bedtime as DD seems to treat bedtime as a nap until 8pm anyway and once we get to 3am all bets are off.

Mine never went to bed before 8pm.

At 6m my DS went to the bed between 8:30 and 9:30. I remember the HV told me on his 6m development visit that I should put him to the bed around 7 to prepare him for the school.
As he grew older the bedtimes shifted earlier naturally.

My little boy is 8.5 months old and goes to sleep for the night at around 8:30pm/9pm. We haven't had any luck with trying an earlier bedtime, he just won't sleep earlier than that!

He was an awful sleeper for the first 7 months or so but over the last few weeks he's started doing some REALLY good first stretches of sleep (5-6 hours regularly, occasionally 7-9 hours!) After the first stretch of sleep he's back to waking every 1-2 hours but that long stretch is amazing, especially after 7+ months of no sleep! There is hope and eventually you WILL get some sleep again xx

My 5.5 month old goes to bed roughly 8.30pm onwards. It’s slowly pushing back it was between 9.30-10pm and I’d say every week we’re going back by 5 or 10 mins. Just the way the bottle timings have worked out etc
