1 tog sleep bag in 22 degree?

Hi,
My room is 22 degrees right now and 7 month old is in long sleeved vest and 1 tog sleep bag. Is this okay? I'm worried she will overheat or whether this is okay!

DD is almost 7 months and in the same except a short sleeve vest and she feels fine. Our room is 22 too :) the one tog bags are made for 20-24 degree heat.
